Tadhg Flahive hails from Listowel, Co. Kerry. He has been a member of the Abu Dhabi Na Fianna GAA club since its inception, having assumed numerous committee roles. He served as Chair of the club from 2005−2006, and again from 2015−2016.

Tadhg is an expert in executive leadership development. He has held numerous prestigious leadership development roles in a variety of companies and organisations across the Middle East. These include stints with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi Government, and ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), the largest company in the UAE. Tadhg has designed and delivered leadership programmes in tandem with FranklinCovey, IMD, Harvard, London Business School, Oxford, Henley, and other leading business schools worldwide.

Despite his busy professional commitments, Tadhg has found time to serve as Abu Dhabi Irish Society President from 2013−2015 and was Chairman of the Middle East GAA County Board from 2018−2020. Last but certainly not least, Tadhg has trained and managed Na Fianna teams to Middle East League and Championship glory.
